Introduction

Research carried out recently shows that most U.S. Corporations are making noble effort and overtime agreements with the overseas companies where they outsource their business. This has been brought due to a lot of criticism that is taking place in their country. Two examples of these companies that employ labor from overseas under a bad condition is Nike Corporations and Apple companies, however; there are also other companies such as Kentucky Apparel, United Airlines, and  United States Ceramic Tile that have the same problem too. Outsourcing labor to third-party firms in United States has taken a great advantage of workers in some of developing world.
